I opened my agency in 2015 after previously working as a State Farm team member, and since day one I’ve focused on building a positive, competitive, and fun office culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our team of eight believes in helping others beyond just their insurance needs, and creating meaningful relationships with both customers and each other is a huge part of who we are.

I’m a proud graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and I’m also a proud father of two daughters. Staying involved in the community is important to me, and I actively support organizations including the Payne County Youth Shelter, Stillwater Medical Foundation, Aging Advocates, The Lions Club, Cornerstone Transitional Living, and both the Stillwater and Perkins Chambers of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lucas Grounds - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
